Range Rover Evoque is Scottish Car of the Year
This weekend, Range Rover Evoque was named Scottish Car of the Year and Best Compact SUV at the Scottish Car of the Year Awards. The accolade follows Range Rover Evoque’s success in the Auto Express New Car Awards, in which it was declared the magazine’s Car of the Year and Best Compact SUV.
Voted by the Association of Scottish Motoring Writers, Range Rover Evoque received more votes than any previous winner in the Scottish Car of the Year category.
Jim Murdoch, president of the Association of Scottish Motoring Writers, labelled Range Rover Evoque as a “wholly deserving” winner of the Scottish Car of the Year title. He also described the vehicle as being ‘ideally suited’ to the unique driving conditions found in Scotland and is ‘one of the most desirable cars money can buy’.
